Lately our country has been hit by the Covid-19 epidemic which demands a response from the government in the form of quick ways to handle this case as quickly as possible. In addition to handling and isolating citizens who are positively affected by infection, efforts are also needed to prevent the spread to the wider community.
Some countries have implemented lockdown policies, such as China, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Spain and the Philippines. Lockdown means locking up area access. Lockdown is also carried out with the prohibition of holding meetings involving many people, closing schools, to public places. That way, the risk of Covid 19 transmission to people outside the lockdown area can be reduced.
The Indonesian government does not plan to lockdown like in other countries. because, assessing this way has a high risk, such as disrupting logistics distribution and impacting the economy. But the government took emergency response measures for example some local governments imposed termination of teaching and learning activities in schools for 14 days.

Actually the activity of stopping the teaching process in this school can be replaced by diverting the learning process into distance, with online media (e-learning). The learning process can still run quite effectively and efficiently without face to face as long as it is assisted by using technology one of which is the LMS application (Learning Management System).
And we can also add an E-learning system so students can read and do schoolwork at home and can be directly graded by the teacher after completing it and can discuss assignments more interactively despite different places.
The LMS system outlines there are several stages including:
1. Upload material
• The teacher makes the material that will be studied by students in the form of e-books, videos, animations or others uploaded to the server.
2. Access entry
• Every student is given access that can be used to access the material, with this system only the permitted ones can
3. Schedule of use
• The teacher schedules when each material can be accessed, so learning can coherently follow the applicable curriculum.
4. Control of the supervising teacher
• The LMS system can also find out whether students have opened E-learning material or not so that the teacher can give advice to parents / guardians of students so that students learn the material according to the schedule.
5. Questionnaire / Question lessons
• To ensure students learn the material, teachers can provide questionnaires / questions to be done at each stage of learning. Quizzes can be arranged so that each student gets a different problem.
6. Scoring / assessment results
• The assessment results are important because to ensure that students master the material that has been learned with the LMS system the teacher can measure quickly the achievement of students’ understanding.

To facilitate and make students better mastered in LMS, interactive devices such as SMARTBOARD PROSPACE are needed that have been used in various campuses / schools for teaching and learning.
